About our Pollen

We harvest the pollen using pollen traps.  It is then cleaned by hand and frozen fresh, not dried.  The pollen granules are soft and flavorful.  Bee pollen has been called a "super food" because it is high in protein and vitamins, and contains all of the essential amino acids.
 
Storage: Please store your bee pollen in the refrigerator or freezer.  It is a fresh product that contains moisture.

How to enjoy your bee pollen: It is best to eat pollen along with other foods. Sprinkle it on salads or cereal, mix it with yogurt, spread on toast with honey, or make your own bee pollen smoothie.
